YOU'VE CREATED THE LIFE YOU IMAGINED. BUT, NOW THAT YOU'RE LIVING IT, IT'S NOT QUITE FITTING WHO YOU ARE...
You lead a pretty busy life. Maybe you have a high powered corporate job that keeps you in the office all hours, or maybe you’re juggling your family’s schedule to keep everyone on track (or both, you Superwoman!). Regardless of what’s keeping you busy these days, it’s precisely the life you set out to have when you were younger.
While you feel proud of your achievements and following your plan, you have a little secret that you’re afraid to admit.
You appreciate it, and you’re grateful for everything you have. But, now that you’re living that life, you realize something is missing.
You might not even know what’s missing, but it scares you to think that nothing will ever change. No matter how wonderful your life appears on the outside, something needs to happen to make you feel alive again.
So, you keep those thoughts and feelings to yourself.
TOTALLY FREE. NO OBLIGATION. MUTUALLY AWESOME.
The 100 Coffee Chat project is a personal research project where I want to talk to women just like you to understand what you’re feeling, what’s missing in your life, what’s getting in your way, etc.
As I talk to women in their late 30s - 40s, I’ve learned they are visionary, ambitious, independent, and resilient.
But, they’re also bored and unfulfilled. They are restless and as their responsibilities in life are changing, they feel an underlying craving for more than what they currently have in their life.
Personally, I'm a bit of a coffee addict and I absolutely love meeting friends at coffee shops to catch up over a good latte. It's the ultimate in cozy to me! So, when I thought about this project, that's exactly how I wanted to talk with you.
This isn’t a sales pitch.
I won’t conclude our conversation by trying to sell you anything. I just want to talk with you and hear your story.
If you’d like to meet with me for a virtual coffee date, I’d love to get to know you better!
I’m on a mission to inspire and help women just like you create the life they crave.
I understand those feelings because I’ve felt them myself! I totally get wanting more when it appears you have it all and then feeling guilty about it. While in my late 30s, I decided to chart a different course for my life...one that was fulfilling, adventurous, and according to my rules.
Now, I’m a certified professional coach that works with women in the late 30s and 40s to design a life that fulfills them, allows them to experience pure joy, and limits regrets later in life.
To do that, I don’t want you to stay quiet any longer. I want to hear what you are thinking, feeling, worrying about, dreaming about, etc.
+ Who are you looking to talk to?
I’m looking to talk to women in their late 30s and 40s who feel they want/need/crave more from their lives. I want to talk to women from all over the world...corporate women, moms that work outside the home, stay at home moms, entrepreneur women, etc.
+ What are you going to ask me?
I’ll ask you questions like:
- What do you feel is missing right now in your life?
- What are you struggling with these days?
- What were your dreams for your life when you were in your early 20s/in college/just graduating? How does this compare to where you are now?
- What are you craving in your life right now?
- How strong do you feel are the connections in your life - friends, family, partner, co-workers, etc.?
- How about taking time for yourself...where do you fall on your to-do list?
+ How will we meet and chat?
If you are local to me (NY/CT), I’d love to meet with you in person for coffee (my treat!).
Otherwise, we’ll meet via an online web platform (video or phone...your choice!) where we will have a virtual coffee date (or your beverage of choice!).
+ How much time will I need to set aside?
We’ll plan to chat about 30 minutes.
+ Is this going to cost me anything?
Nope! Not a single penny! You will be doing me a HUGE favor by gifting me 30 minutes of your time to simply talk with you.
