In order to stick with your plans, you need to get clear on why you want it.  When you own your why you’re much more likely to push through the challenges.  

And speaking of those challenges…you need to be clear on what typically gets in your way.  Its not just the external factors like money or time, it’s also the internal blocks…fear, self-doubt, insecurities, etc.  If you don’t have a plan for how to deal with these when they inevitably pop up, they will stop you in your tracks every single time.
